0. Obligations, Covenants & Warranties of Client

You represent and warrant that:

a. Your business is legally established under applicable laws

b. You comply with all applicable laws while using the Platform

c. Any content or order does not infringe third-party rights

d. Eyral may verify your business and license details

e. You will notify us of any changes in business information

f. You hold valid registrations such as GST, trade license, or incorporation certificates

g. Eyral may request documents within 2 months of registration

h. Products purchased are for commercial resale only, not personal consumption

i. Eyral is not a party to the commercial terms between the buyer and seller

j. You comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and all applicable laws

k. You confirm you qualify as a business customer under applicable FDI and trade policies

l. You agree to provide additional documentation upon request

11. Content Liability

Eyral shall not be responsible for any content appearing on third-party websites.

You agree to indemnify Eyral against all claims arising from your website or content.

12. Limitation of Liability

Eyral shall not be liable for claims arising from:

1. User actions or omissions
2. Seller-buyer disputes
3. Government actions
4. Packaging, shipment, or product descriptions
5. Force majeure events

Eyral shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits.

13. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties related to the Platform are excluded.
