Refund & Exchange Policy



At Eyral, we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent post-purchase experience for our customers.


Eligibility for Return or Exchange


We accept return or exchange requests only under the following conditions:

  1. The product received is physically damaged at the time of delivery, or
  2. The product delivered is of a different color than the one confirmed in the order

All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of product delivery.


Conditions for Acceptance


  1. The product must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging
  2. Original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided
  3. Requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be considered
  4. Claims will be verified before approval

Process for Return or Exchange


  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share order details and clear images of the issue (damage or color mismatch)
  3. Upon verification, return or exchange instructions will be provided
  4. Approved exchanges will be processed subject to availability


Non-Acceptable Cases


Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in cases of:

  1. Change of mind or preference
  2. Size or fit issues
  3. Minor variations due to lighting or screen display
  4. Products damaged after delivery


Refund Method



If an exchange is not possible, an eligible refund may be processed through the original payment method or an alternative mode, as per the company's discretion.
