Order Cancellation by Buyer


  1. Orders may be cancelled only before the dispatch of the product.
  2. Once an order has been dispatched or shipped, cancellation will not be permitted.
  3. Cancellation requests must be raised through the official communication channels within the allowed time.


Order Cancellation by Seller


  1. Sellers reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances.
  2. Buyers will be informed promptly in such cases.


Cancellation of Services or Subscriptions (If Applicable)


  1. Paid services, subscriptions, listings, or promotional packages once activated are non-cancellable and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.


Refund on Cancellation


  1. If an eligible order or service is cancelled successfully, refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the Refund Policy.

Non-Cancellable Cases


Cancellations will not be accepted in the following situations:
